Who we are
Task Logix AI is operated by TaskLogix AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“TaskLogix,” “we,” “us”). We provide AI agents (“AI staff”) that work for small businesses, and the web console at app.tasklogixai.co where our customers set them up.
This policy covers our website (tasklogixai.co), the console, the AI agent services, and texts and calls between our customers' staff and their AI agents (together, the “Services”). Our customers' use of the Services is also governed by the TaskLogix AI Services Agreement they sign.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and contact details: the account owner's name, title, business email, company name and phone number, and the names and email addresses of people invited to the console.
- Agreement records: when an owner signs the Services Agreement, we keep the signed copy with the signer's name, title, email, the date and time, IP address and browser.
- Staff phone numbers: the names and mobile numbers our customers register so their staff can text and call their AI agents, plus the PINs staff set for calls (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Support messages you send us.
Information processed for our customers
- Business data from connected tools: when a customer connects email, calendar, CRM, accounting, chat or other tools, their AI agents access the data in those tools as needed to do the work the customer asks for.
- Conversations: messages, texts, call audio and transcripts, files and requests exchanged with the AI agents, and the agents' replies and actions.
- Imported history: if a customer uploads past ChatGPT or Claude conversations, we process them to build a short profile the agents use, and keep a searchable archive for the customer.
Our customers decide what data their AI agents can reach. For this information we act on our customer's behalf and under their instructions.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and billing data: AI model usage, texts, call minutes and their costs for each customer account, so we can bill accurately and enforce spend limits.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and log data when you use the website or console, for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies and similar storage: the console keeps your sign-in session in your browser. Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We receive the billing contact and the status of invoices and payments.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and support the Services, including running each customer's AI agents and delivering their texts and calls.
- To bill for subscriptions and usage, send invoices and receipts, and send service emails such as spend-limit alerts, payment notices and renewal reminders.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To measure and improve how well the Services work, for example the quality, speed and cost of AI model choices.
- To comply with law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use our customers' business data or conversations to advertise to anyone.
How AI processing works
To answer a request, the relevant content (for example a message and the context an agent needs) is sent to an AI model provider, and the provider returns a response. We use these providers through their business APIs, only to deliver the Services. Customer content is not used to train our own models or shared with providers for their marketing.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Agents can be set to check outward actions, such as sending an email, before they happen, and customers should review important work.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services, with these kinds of service providers, each bound by contract to use it only for that purpose:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, storage and databases; text messaging (AWS End User Messaging); email delivery |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions and invoices |
| OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google | AI models that generate agent responses, voice and video |
| Twilio | Phone numbers and phone calls |
| Composio | Secure connections to the tools a customer chooses to connect |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, DNS and network protection |
| Calendly | Booking calls with us from the website |
We may also share information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety and security of our customers, the public or TaskLogix, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
Text messaging
Our customers' staff can text their company's AI agents, and the agents reply by text. We also send one-time verification codes when a phone is registered.
- Consent: a phone number receives texts only after it has been registered by the customer and confirmed by entering the code sent to that phone.
- What we send: replies from the AI agents to messages staff send, verification codes, and service notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop texts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@tasklogixai.co. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared or sold. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver the texts.
How long we keep information
We keep customer information for as long as the customer's account is active and as needed to provide the Services. When a customer's account is closed, we archive its configuration, records and files to secure storage and delete them from the running Services; archived data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in our agreement with the customer, then deleted. We keep billing, tax and signed agreement records for as long as the law requires.
How we protect information
Each customer's AI agents run in their own isolated environment. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, credentials for connected tools are kept in a managed secrets store, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of a security incident as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Customers can review and change their account details, connected tools, staff phones and AI agents in the console, and can ask us to export or delete their data.
- Staff and other individuals whose information we process for a customer should contact that customer first; we will help the customer respond.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it for advertising). To make a request, email support@tasklogixai.co. We will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for making it.
Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where information is stored
We store and process information in the United States. Some of our providers may process it in other countries, under safeguards required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell customers about material changes by email or in the console.
